May/June Dates

The last Chick-fil-A Spirit Night is tonight from 5:00-8:00 at the Savannah Hwy CFA. See you there!

Enrollment ends Wednesday, May 1.

Progress reports go out on Thursday, May 2. Please note that progress reports are for students in grades 5-8 only.

Reads Uniforms will have a booth set up on Friday, May 3 during dismissal.

The monthly prayer meeting will be at 9:00 am on Friday, May 3 in Ms. Chandler's office.

May birthdays will be recognized in Chapel on Friday, May 3 at 11:35 am.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-May 10. Contact your room mom for more details.

K5 and 1st grades have a field trip to the Old Exchange Building Wednesday, May 8, it is a kid-friendly "Pirate Scavenger Hunt". Make sure to give permission online. If you plan on chaperoning and have not already let us know, please respond to this email.

A fellowship dinner to celebrate the partnership between Grace on the Ashley and Church Creek Presbyterian will be held Saturday, May 11 from 4:30 - 7:30 pm. The meal is BBQ chicken and pulled pork with coleslaw, mac & cheese, and bread rolls as side items. The dinner costs $10 per plate (cash or check, paid at the door). To go boxes are available. They are looking for volunteers to donate desserts or be a part of the Setup or Cleanup Crew. Click if you would like to volunteer in any way.

Dress rehearsal for the spring play, What Happened After Once Upon a Time will be Monday, May 13 at 3:30.

What Happened After Once Upon a Time is Tuesday, May 14 at 7:00 pm in the Grace on the Ashley Gym. Tickets are $5 a person and can be purchased in the front office or at the door the night of the play.

Enrollment contracts are due by Monday, May 20. (Please note that this is a later due date than the due date printed in the CCS Financial Brochure.)

The 7th and 8th-grade spring trip to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina will be Wednesday, May 22-Friday, May 24.

Friday, May 24 is a dress down day. Please adhere to the dress down day rules in the parent handbook.

Last day of school for K4 is Friday, May 24.

There is no school on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day.

ToIn order to accommodate the uniform exchange, students are allowed to dress down during the last week of school, June 3-7.

Wednesday, June 5 is Family Picnic Day. We will hold our uniform swap during the picnic. More details to come.

Thursday, June 6 is Eighth Grade Graduation.

Friday, June 7 is the last day of school and a half day. We will dismiss at noon, and there will be no aftercare.

Report cards will be available on Wednesday, June 12.

The CCS office will be closed June 21- July 16.
